The invention relates to a method of obtaining a material comprising a transparent substrate coated with a stack of thin layers comprising at least one metallic functional layer based on silver located over at least one antireflective coating, coated transparent substrate of the stack is adapted to undergo a heat treatment at a higher temperature Tmax at 400 ° C, the antireflection coating includes at least a dielectric layer capable of generating hole type defect, the method comprises the sequence of steps follows: - depositing the antireflection coating comprising at least a dielectric layer capable of generating hole-type defects on the transparent substrate, then - the dielectric layer is subjected likely to generate hole-type defects to a heat pretreatment and then - on depositing said at least one metallic functional layer based on silver.
