The main aim of the chapter entitled Management Approaches to Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) in Adolescents and Adults; Latest Therapeutic Developments, will be first to familiarize readers with current treatment guidelines using glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid replacement in treating this common and under-diagnosed cause of amenorrhea. Next, to introduce readers to the concept of insulin resistance in CAH and treatment approaches based upon increasing insulin sensitivity.
