The method includes the steps of detecting a vibration signal of an optical fiber, determining the position of a vibration point according to vibration data of the vibration signal, determining the camera closest to the position of the vibration point according to the position of the vibration point and prestored position information of multiple cameras distributed along the optical fiber, determining the rotation angle theta by which a lens of the camera rotates to the vibration point according to the determined position information of the camera, controlling the determined camera to rotate by the angle theta so that the lens can be rotated to the vibration point so as to collect environment information of the position of the vibration point, forming monitor image information, and feeding back the monitor image information to a monitor end. In this way, the environment condition of the position of the vibration point can be fed back in time.
