A first and a second inlet openings symmetrically arranged in parallel along the radial direction on the circulating die cavity under the benchmark of diameter, and a first and a second cap-type inlet pipe connectors are connected with the corresponding screws. A water circular formed in the circulating die cavity evenly flows through the water screen die cavity on the lower end of the inner die cavity, and forms a water screen which can just cover the graphite being carved. So the flying graphite dust can dissolve in the water and flow out. The carving machine has the advantages of low cost, simple structure, convenient operation and no environmental pollution.
