The present invention discloses a N- pyridin-2-phenoxy fatty amides and their use in medicine, the chemical structural formula shown in formula I or Ⅱ: wherein, R1, R2 is selected from: hydrogen, C1 ~ C2 alkyl group; the X1 is selected from: fluorine, chlorine, bromine, or iodine; an X2 is selected from: fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and N- pyridin-2-phenoxy fatty acid amide of the above compound in the preparation of anti-influenza virus neuraminidase inhibitors.
