Effect of Plasma-Chemical Synthesis Parameters on the Magnetic Properties of ferrite CO 0,5 Ni 0,5 Fe 2 O 4
2020
Nanoparticles of cobalt ferrite (CO 0.5 Ni 0.5 Fe 2 O 4 ) were successfully synthesized by the method of low-temperature contact nonequilibrium plasma. The effect of the initial pH of the solution (8–12), processing temperature (20–40 °C), and the duration of low-temperature contact nonequilibrium plasma treatment on the coercivity and saturation magnetization was studied. Mathematical equations adequately describe the resulting dependence. The results showed that the pH of the reaction medium is the parameter that has the greatest effect on magnetic hysteresis for samples obtained by processing low-temperature contact nonequilibrium plasma.
