Flotation processing center

An objective of the invention is to provide design thought of a flotation processing center aimed at defects of a conventional flotation workshop. The thought changes construction scheme of conventional flotation workshop structure and equipment binary combination, breaks function limitation of structure and equipment, and a thought of workshop equalization is applied to integrate a workshop as a piece of large equipment. The integrated flotation processing center totally comprises six main units: an ore pulp preprocessing unit, a flotation unit, a concentrate (coal) storage unit, a tailings (coal) storage unit, a medicament adding unit, and an intelligent control unit. The flotation processing center is advantaged by high integration, low investment, low system energy consumption, short construction period, stable product index, low medicament cost, unattended operation, and low manual cost.
