Medical high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel material and nickel-free preparation

2012
The present invention relates to a medical high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel and nickel-free preparation method, the material is a single-phase austenitic structure, the percentage mass of each component is: Cr: 15 ~ 18%; Mn: 10 ~ 16 %; Mo: 1.5 ~ 2.5%; N: 0.4 ~ 0.7%; RE: 0.02 ~ 0.08; unavoidable impurities ≤0.06%; remainder is Fe. The material is non-toxic nickel element, cellular toxicity and good heat resistance assay performance, having excellent mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance, particularly resistance to pitting corrosion and between resistance to intergranular corrosion, but also has high abrasion resistance.
