삼각휜을 포함한 원형 힛싱크의 열저항에 관한 연구

In this study, the thermal performance of a cylindrical heat sink with triangular fins was investigated through numerical and experimental methods. The effects of heat sink base diameter, fin length, fin hight, and number of fins, on thermal resistance were considered. In order to validate the numerical results, experiment was performed. The maximum error with numerical and experimental results was 6.2%.
