A multiplexer composed of circular reflector cavities

The simplest relationships for combining several narrowband signals with different frequencies and splitting a wideband signal into narrowband components by means of a multiplexer composed of a chain of circular quasi-optical cavities with perforated or corrugated reflectors are presented. Means for the optimum tuning of this multiplexer are found in application to multichannel communication systems and radars with synthesized frequency band.
