La educación ambiental pilar fundamental para el fortalecimiento de los valores en las instituciones escolares

El tema valores es recurrente dentro del proceso docente educativo. Su inclusion dentro deun eje tematico medio ambiental, complica aun mas las formas de entender o reforzar estos. El objetivo de la investigaciones diagnosticar, en el nivel universitario, las acciones a realizadas para fortalecer los valores desde el proceso docente educativo. Los fundamentales metodos teoricos empleados fueron el historico logico y el analitico sintetico. En el caso de los empiricos se aplicaron la observacion, el criterio de expertos y el ponderado o multivoting, a fin de identificar el nivel de prioridad de las acciones a incluir en una estrategia posterior o como continuidad investigativa. Como resultados fundamentales se observaron: la inexistencia de concordancia entre lo declarado en el curriculum y la practica educativa; los directivos carecen de un plan de evaluacion de los valores; los ejes transversales no se tratan de forma sistematica en funcion de la formacion integral del estudiante; y se expresa un orden jerarquico en la prioridad de los factores o acciones. Como conclusion esencial, quedan las posibles acciones y la necesidad de integrar desde los tres componentes sustantivos, el fortalecimiento de los valores, a partir de un eje medio ambiental, en aras de contar con profesionales comprometidos con las problematicas mas acuciantes de su comunidad, asi como la determinacion de los factores sobre los cuales se sustentaran las acciones de una estrategia a disenar como continuidad del presente trabajo. Palabras clave: Ejes tranversales, medio ambiente, valores.   ABSTRACT The values topic is recurring within the educational teaching process. Its inclusion within an environmental thematic axis, further complicates the ways of understanding or reinforcing them. The objective of the research is to diagnose, at the university level, the actions taken to strengthen the values from the educational teaching process. The fundamental theoretical methods used were the logical historical and the synthetic analytical methods. In the case of empiricists; observation, expert judgment, and weighted or multi voting were applied in order to identify the priority level of the actions to be included in a subsequent strategy or as research continuity. As fundamental results, the following were observed: the lack of concordance between what was stated in the curriculum and educational practice; managers lack a stock assessment plan; the transversal axes are not treated systematically in function of the student's comprehensive education, and a hierarchical order is expressed in the priority of the factors or actions. As an essential conclusion, the possible actions and the need to integrate from the three substantive components, the strengthening of values, from an environmental axis, in order to have professionals committed to the most pressing problems of their community, as well as, determining the factors on which the actions of a strategy to be designed will be sustained as a continuation of this work.
