Založení nového podnikatelského subjektu v oblasti servisu zahradní techniky

Bachelor thesis focuses on setting a draft of a business plan for establishment a new entrepreneurial subject in a field of garden machinery maintenance. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes basic concepts such as enterprise, entrepreneur, entrepreneurship, and defines basic legal forms of entrepreneurship. In the next chapter of the theoretical part is intent on the business plan including its characteristics, principles of processing and its structure. In the practical part of my work I apply theoretical finding on setting a draft of a business plan, in which I elaborate individual parts of the structure. In conclusion I summarize basic prerequisites for a success rate of the project, possible risks and recommendation for entrepreneurs.
