The Information Technology Services (IT) has proliferated in the world by the emerging demands of society in using the technological resources as a means of solving problems. Within these services have to offer solutions required by   the customer, requiring service providers, quick deliveries in quality levels of increasingly challenging. Therefore, the IT Service Delivery has become an increasingly critical area. Standards, models and standards have been used in order to structure the processes and activities of the IT Service Delivery. In this context, the Brazilian Federal Public Administration (APF), appears as the largest consumer of IT services and solutions in Brazil. For this, the APF established processes in Normative Instruction IN / SLTI / MPOG 04/2014 and IT   SolutionsHiring Guide based on Law 8,666 / 93, to guide the signings of solutions, products and IT services in Brazil. This paper presents the development of a multi-model approach to IT Service Delivery to the Federal Public Administration (APF), a proposal to minimize potential conflictsbetween the APF and the Brazilian Software Industry andServices.
