Modified Abdominoplasty for Patients With the Prune Belly Syndrome

2014
The authors present their experience with a modified abdominoplasty in patients with the prune belly syndrome (Denes technique). This technique is applicable in all forms of weakened abdomen typical of prune belly syndrome, even in asymmetrical cases, requiring only one musculoaponeurotic fascia incision, with good cosmetic and functional results.
