Temperature programmed aqueous liquefaction extended to supercritical conditions
1991
Abstract Temperature programming of liquefaction reactors is further refined for increasing coal liquefaction yields by matching radical production rates with the slurring medium's ability to donate hydrogen atoms. E.s.r., DTA and TGA data are utilized in the design of two different 60 min temperature programming profiles. For Indian Head lignite, using an aqueous/H 2 S slurry medium, the improvement in yield essentially followed the order: isothermal
