PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENYELESAIKAN SOAL CERITA PECAHAN (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada Siswa Kelas IVC SDIT MTA Gemolong Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017). Skripsi, Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret, Juli 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita pecahan dengan model Problem Based Learning pada siswa kelas IVC SDIT MTA Gemolong Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IVC SDIT MTA Gemolong yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis model interaktif (Miles & Hubermen) yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan. Uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan validitas isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita pecahan melalui model Problem Based Learning pada siswa kelas IVC SDIT MTA Gemolong tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita pecahan pada siswa kelas IVC SDIT MTA Gemolong Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Hal ini terbukti dengan kondisi awal sebelum menerapkan model Problem Based Learning nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 52,14 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 6,90% meningkat menjadi 68,88 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 51,72% pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 81,31 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 82,76% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita pecahan pada siswa kelas IVC SDIT MTA Gemolong Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. APPLICATION OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODEL TO IMPROVE THE ABILITY OF FINISHING FRACTION STORY PROBLEM (Classroom Action Research at Fourth Grade Students of MTA Gemolong Elementary School in Academic Year 2016/2017). The purpose of the research to improve the ability of finishing fraction story problem with Problem Based Learning model at fourth grade students of MTA Gemolong elementary school in academic year 2016/2017. The form of the research is classroom action research with consist of two cycle. Every cycle consist of four phases namely: planning, implementation of the action, observation, and reflection. The subject of the research is teacher and fourth grade students of MTA Gemolong elementary school in academic year 2016/2017, totaling 29 students. The techniques of data collection is use interview, observasion, test, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis use interactive model (Miles & Hubermen) with consist of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The techniques of data validation use triangulation of source, triangulation of technique, and content validity. The result of the research show that application of Problem Based Learning model be able to improve the ability of finishing fraction story problem at fourth grade students of MTA Gemolong elementary school in academic year 2016/2017. This result can be proved by the average value in the initial conditions before applying Problem Based Learning model is 52,14 with percentage of class completness is 6,90%, in the first cycle the average value increase to 68,88 with percentage of class completness is 51,72%, and the second cycle the average value increase to 81,31 with percentage of class completness is 82,76%. Based on the research, it can be concluded that application of Problem Based learning model be able to improve the ability of finishing fraction story problem at fourth grade students of MTA Gemolong elementary school in academic year 2016/2017.
