Device and method for assembly and test of PE ball valve

The invention relates to the technical field of a ball valve, and in particular relates to a device and a method for assembly and test of a PE ball valve. The device comprises a control unit, a workbench (1), a first valve seat screwing mechanism, a second valve seat screwing mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a torque measuring mechanism, wherein the first valve seat screwing mechanism is used for screwing a valve seat into a valve body; the second valve seat screwing mechanism is also used for screwing a valve seat into a valve body; the clamping mechanism is used for clamping the valve body; the torque measuring mechanism is used for measuring a ball valve torque; the clamping mechanism is fixed on the workbench (1); the first valve seat screwing mechanism and the second valve seat screwing mechanism are respectively arranged at two sides of the clamping mechanism; the torque measuring mechanism is arranged on the workbench (1); and the first valve seat screwing mechanism, the second valve seat screwing mechanism, the clamping mechanism and the torque measuring mechanism are all electrically connected with the control unit. By using the device and the method, the PE ball valve is high in assembly efficiency, good in consistency and assembly quality.
