SUMMARY Purpose: The purpose of this study was demonstrate the pulmonary compromise in patient in HIV infected children comparative finding with of the literature. Material y methods: We reviewed the pertinent clinical records of 149 children diagnosed with Adquired Inmunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) between 2000 and 2003.
