Influência da proteína bruta e do NDT da dieta no teor de uréia do leite em rebanhos leiteiros do Recôncavo Baiano

RESUMO: O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de determinar as relaA§Aµes entre o Teor de UrA©ia no Leite TUL e fatores nutricionais (ProteA­na Bruta (PB), Nutrientes DigestA­veis Totais(PB), e relaA§A£o PB/NDT da dieta) e nA£o nutricionais: PB do leite, produA§A£o mA©dia de leite, e condiA§A£o corporal dos animais. Para isso foram analisadas 262 amostras de leite provenientes de 9 fazendas do RecA´ncavo Baiano. NA£o foi encontrada relaA§A£o entre PB/NDT da dieta e CondiA§A£o corporal com o TUL. Por outro lado, foi encontrado uma correlaA§A£o altamente significativa entre TUL e os critA©rios ProduA§A£o de Leite dos animais e PB da dieta. Em menor grau, mas igualmente significativas, foram registradas relaA§Aµes entre TUL e NDT da dieta e PB do leite. A equaA§A£o de regressA£o obtida a partir da anAilise estatA­stica dos dados foi: Y = 0,0142X1+ 0,0137X2, onde " y" representa a taxa estimada de urA©ia no leite, X1 , mA©dia de produA§A£o de leite e X2, proteA­na bruta da dieta. SUMMARY: The present work was developed to determinate the relationship between Milk Urea level with nutritional factors (Crude Protein, Total Digestible Nutrients, and CP/TDN relationship of the diet) and with non nutricional factors: Milk CP, average milk production, and Body Condition Score of the cows. Two hundred two milk samples from 9 farms of RecA´ncavo of Bahia were analyzed. No relationship was found between PB/NDT of the diet and Body Condition Score with MU level. On the other hand, a highly significant correlation was found between MU level and Milk Production and dietary CP. At low degree, but equally significant, relationship have been registered between MU level and dietary TDN and Milk CP. The regression equation obtained from the data was: Y = 0,0142X1+ 0,0137X2, where " y " represents the estimated milk urea level, X1, average of production of milk and X2, crude protein of the diet.
