The invention relates to an automatic assembling and disassembling mechanism for a mold on a numerical control bending machine. A mold replacing device is arranged on a manipulator; an upper mold hydraulic clamping device is arranged on an upper sliding block of the numerical control bending machine; an upper mold is arranged on the upper mold hydraulic clamping device; a lower mold hydraulic clamping device is arranged on a lower workbench of the numerical control bending machine; a lower mold is arranged on the lower mold hydraulic clamping device; a small cylinder and a big cylinder of the mold replacing device are fixedly connected with a box; a pressing shaft is fixedly connected with the front end of a piston rod of the big cylinder; a pressing pin is matched and connected with the pressing shaft; a pressing head is connected with the piston rod of the small cylinder through a thread; a button pile, a hook and a spring are arranged in the upper mold; a computer on the numerical control bending machine is connected with a computer chassis for controlling the manipulator and is used for controlling an upper pressing block in the upper mold hydraulic clamping device and a pressing plate in the lower mold hydraulic clamping device to act; the manipulator is used for controlling the big cylinder and the small cylinder of the mold replacing device to correctly act; the assembling and disassembling of the upper mold and the lower mold can be automatically completed.
