Os objetivos deste trabalho foram identificar a necessidade de aprimoramento pedagogico do professor e avaliar as oficinas implementadas. Concluimos por meio da analise dos questionarios de avaliacao que, na percepcao da maioria dos docentes, eles necessitam de aperfeicoamento e se sentem motivados a realiza-los continuamente. As oficinas foram avaliadas como muito significativas, considerando as orientacoes teoricas e metodologicas e a dinâmica da sua execucao. This work aims to identify the need for pedagogical improvement of the teacher and to evaluate the workshops implemented to that end, guided by cognitive learning theories. We conclude, by analyzing the evaluation questionnaires, that in the perception of most teachers they need improvement and feel motivated to work on it. The workshops were well evaluated concerning the theoretical and methodological orientations and the dynamics of their execution.
