The present article is realised with the purpose of to propose a model of asociatividad for the producers of pineapple in th e Department of the Risaralda, being added to him value to its product when proces sing it and of presenting/displaying it like dehydrated pineapple, for this way fortifying the productive and competitive development. With the ap proach to the characterization of the productive chains of pineap ple, it is tried to give an approach to the present situation of the market of dehydrated pineapple. In the case of this product, the producers identified in t he municipality of Pereira were taken like departure point. The escogencia of this municipality obeys to the good productive level that it appears in the pineapple c ultures, to the organization and commercialization of the producers located here, wh ose main socioeconomic characteristic is the dedication on sale of pineapp le in bulk without no type of process that adds value to him.
