Результаты длительного наблюдения и фармакотерапии у пациентов с идиопатическим пролапсом митрального клапана

Investigation of the prevalence and severity of clinical symptoms in 31 patients with idiopathic mitral valve prolapse has been carried out. Clinical features of phenotypic violations are presented. The influence of therapy with magnesium on the symptoms and severity of clinical manifestations in patients with mitral valve prolapsed with marked phenotypic traits is estimated. Clinically significant efficiency of application of the magnesium is fixed in 67.7% of the patients.
