High frequency resonant induction coalescence type oil-gas-water separating device

2012
The invention discloses a high frequency resonant induction coalescence type oil-gas-water separating device mainly consisting of a separating device shell, an oil-gas-water mixed liquid inlet, an oil-gas pre-separating cylinder, a radio frequency admittance oil-water interface detector, a self-operated regulating valve and a float liquid level adjustor, wherein a resonant induction coalescence module combined by resonant coalescence tubes and helical electrodes, which are insulated from each other, is arranged on the left side of the oil-water separating chamber of the separating device through high frequency resonant induction technology, the helical electrodes are wrapped on the outer wall of each resonant coalescence tube, and the helical electrodes are connected in parallel; and a capacitor and a high frequency power supply are arranged at the outside of the shell, the helical electrodes (inductors) and the capacitor form a serial resonant circuit, and when the applied frequency reaches the natural resonance frequency, the voltage on the electrodes reaches the maximum value. The resonance current generates a transient strong magnetic field in the resonant coalescence tube through the high speed alternation of the frequency to form induction voltage on the two ends of the emulsified oil droplets so as to generate polar deformation on the oil droplets, and the oil droplets generate dipole coalescence under the action of an electric magnetic field to realize the oil-water separation of the complex crude oil with high water content.
