Research on Configuration of Attitude Control Thrusters

The attitude control of the exoatmosphere vehicle is usually carried out by the attitude control thrusters(ACT).And the configuration of ACT has great influence on the control effect.A summary of the development of the research on ACT is given.Some contradictory factors while designing ACT configuration is discussed in the view of engineering practice.Then,an idea of using coupling to solve the problem is put forward and three basic principles of ACT configuration are presented.Simulation result indicates that the ACT effect is improved by using coupling.
