Power Regulation System of Bulb Tubular Turbine Generator Based on Model Predictive Control

2020
Aiming at the problem that the power regulation system of Bulb Tubular Turbine Generator(BTTG) is a minimum phase system with nonlinear factors such as dead zone and time delay, which leads to slow regulation speed, this paper takes a BTTG model GZ995-WP-720 as an example, according to the model structure of the controlled object, a linear predictive control method suitable for the power adjustment system of the BTTG under different working conditions and disturbances is proposed. On this basis, the MPC controller is designed according to the model structure of the controlled object, the dynamic characteristics of the system under "No-load response", "Load rejection response", "Load disturbance" and "White noise disturbance" are compared and analyzed under conventional PID control and MPC control. The results show that the control performance of the algorithm is good, and the research results provide a reference for the design of the power regulation system of BTTG.
