)(P<0.01), 0.319 in APL (P<0.001) and0.296 in AMoL and AMMoL (P<0.001), and the differences between the Spd/Spm ra-tio in AMoL and AMMoL and in ALL were noted (P<0.05); (5) Spd and Spm le-vels in erythrocytes in the patients after effective chemotherapy declined significantly(P<0.05) but were still higher than control value (P<0.025). These results suggestthat the determination of erythrocyte polyamines in leukemia patients may be helpful indiagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognosis.
