1 339 nm单一谱线Nd: YAP脉冲激光器

A Nd: YAP pulsed laser oscillating at the single wavelength 1339nm had been described. On the basis of analysis for the transition levels and their spectral properties of Nd(superscript 3+) ions in YAP crystal, a polarizer for restraining the oscillating of the c-axis polarized laser was inserted inside laser cavity, the reasonable reflectivity of output coupler was designed at 1339nm to raise the loss of 1064nm strong line with the same a-axis polarized direction as soon as possible and 1339nm spectrum line oscillated with single wavelength was ensured. In this way, the a-axis polarized 1339nm pulsed laser were successfully achieved. The output energy of a-axis polarized laser as high as 0.31 J at 1339 nm was obtained when the pumping energy was 75J. The threshold energy was about 14.5J, the conversion efficiency was 0.4% and the slope efficiency was 0.52%.The unstability of output energy was less than ±5%. The central wavelength of the output laser was 1 339.2 nm.
