DEVELOPMENT OF A DEVICE TO MANAGEMENT AND DIAMETRAL MEASUREMENT OF AUTOMOTIVE BUSHINGS

High quality solutions, performance and operational low cost are fundamental to a project success, in view of the fact that the current manufacturing philosophy is “producing more from less”. The purpose of this paper is to satisfy the requirements of an automotive industry building a project in quality of bushings concern that incorporate the vehicles combustion engines, particularly from industries. The method has na extensive experience in literary research about componentes eletromechanical-pneumatic constituents. The result was a reduction of a lead time enabling collision simulations and placement related to the increased productivity from 12 to 20 qualified components per minute. The conclusion is based on project’s essentiality to maintain the competitiveness of the company and  maintenance of employments.
