Cervical Radicular Pain

2019
Cervical radicular pain should be distinguished from myelopathy and other more serious conditions. Imaging should be reserved for patients with neurological conditions rather than being used as a screening tool. Symptomatic relief may be obtained with a variety of medications as well as interventions. Surgery is indicated for instability or compressive lesions.
