Intravoxel Incoherent Motion Diffusion-weighted Imaging of Multiple Myeloma Lesions: Correlation with Whole-Body Dynamic Contrast Agent–enhanced MR Imaging

Results of our pilot study suggest that the diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) involvement of both focal lesions and bone marrow in multiple myeloma with treatment is distinct and that specific parameters derived from intravoxel incoherent motion DWI are correlated with functional perfusion parameters provided by whole-body dynamic contrast agent–enhanced MR imaging.
