Methods for Peparing 1,3-Propanediol Using Variant of Microorganism Deleted 2,3-Butanediol Synthesis Gene

2014
The present invention relates to a method for producing 1,3-propanediol with 2,3-butanediol with a synthetic gene deletion mutant microbe, and more specifically 1,3-propanediol from glycerol in a microorganism having a producing ability, lactate dehydrogenase and the genes of enzymes involved in the synthetic gene and the 2,3-butanediol coding for the deletion, pyruvate decarboxylase gene encoding a dicarboxylic and aldehyde dehydrogenase is inserted, or amplifying the genes encoding the agent which the mutant microorganism in and a method for facilitating the transition of the 1,3-propanediol produced while suppressing the generation of 2,3-butanediol with a microorganism. With glycerol fermentation microbial variant according to the invention the generation of 2,3-butanediol can significantly improve the yield of 1,3-propanediol, while significantly suppressed.
