Дослідження наногетероструктур Se/As(2)S(3), Te/As(2)S(3) та Bi/As(2)S(3) методом електрон-фотонної спектроскопії

During the bombing by electrons with energy Еп=450 еV of multilayer pellicle Se/As2S3, Тe/ As2S3 and Ві/As2S3 the quantitative data on the spectral composition and intensity of radiation in the range 200-800 nm was received. The nature of emitters in major components and also the locus of the observed luminosity were found in the spectrum. Important result from this research is the determination of the absolute output of photons from the surface of samples, which are respectively N1= 1,8*10-3 phot./el., N2= 8,8*10-4 phot./el. та N3= 1,3*10-3 phot./el.
