It is proposed a device (110) for sensing a combustion chamber pressure in a combustion chamber (112) of an internal combustion engine. The device (110) comprises at least one housing (124) and at least one in the housing (124) recorded mechanical-electrical transducer element (136). The housing (124) has at least one adapter element (142). The adapter element (142) has at least one housing (148) for receiving a said combustion chamber (112) facing the pressure transducer (116). The receptacle (148) is adapted to transmit a through the combustion chamber pressure to the pressure transducer (116) force applied at least partially to the mechanical-electrical transducer element (136).
