Introduction: Testicular cancer accounts for 1.5% of cancers in men and 5% of general urologic tumors. Paratesticular tumors represent 4% of testicular tumors. Materials and Methods: We reviewed pathology reports and clinical records of patients diagnosed with testicular pathology during the period January 2004 to March 2009. We analyzed the following variables: age, testicular involvement, histological type and treatment.
