Влияние диабетической нефропатии на показатели продолжительности жизни и летальности при сахарном диабете по данным Государственного Регистра сахарного диабета Московской области

Role of diabetic nephropathy in mortality rate increase in diabetes mellitus patients was analyzed in the article. The data of the diabetes mellitus State Register of the Moscow Region were used for the analysis. A total of 189 557 diabetes mellitus patients were studied. Mortality in DM1 and DM2 patients with diabetic nephropathy was 2.5 and 2.0 times higher than in those without diabetic nephropathy. Chronic renal failure is a main cause of mortality in DM1 patients with disease onset under age of 30.
