A liquid supply pipe is arranged on the windscreen wiper, the liquid inlet end of the liquid supply pipe is communicated with a first liquid pumping device, and the liquid outlet end of the liquid supply pipe is communicated with the cleaning part. The input end of the first liquid pumping device is communicated with a first liquid storing box. The windscreen wiper based on sensing has the advantages that the windscreen is cleaned by arranging a pipeline on the windscreen wiper, and the problems of aging and blocking of the existing windscreen wiper water sprayer are solved; furthermore, a light type sensing device is adopted in the windscreen wiper, dirty marks such as oil stains on the windscreen can be accurately judged and automatically removed, it is ensured that safe cleaning can be conducted in the vehicle driving process, and a good vehicle driving view is ensured.
