Double-layer coil winding motor

The invention relates to a double-layer coil winding motor, comprising a stator having multiple open slots. Two coils, in an upper layer and a lower layer respectively, are embedded in each slot. Each coil is formed by multiple conductor circles. The motor is composed of a rotor and the stator with windings each of which is formed by the overlapped coils in the double layers. Each winding can be embedded in one slotted armature slot. In many respects, the advantages are that the slot fill factor is higher; the insulation performance is better; the thermal resistance among the windings and an armature core is lower; the length of the terminal turn of each winding is shorter; the formed coils are easier to inserted into the slots of the armature core; the production and manufacture is easy; and the insulation property between the layers is better.
