A Análise crítica como ferramenta metodológica da Gestão de Projetos: estudo de caso de um projeto de restauro na cidade de São Paulo Crytical Analysis as a Methodological Tool for Design Management: Case Study on a Restoration Design in the city of São Paulo.

The present article demonstrates the specificities of the design process of building restorations and the efforts needed to achieve adequate results according to the principles and concepts of patrimonial conservation. A bibliographical review about the subject will be presented and a study case in the city of Sao Paulo, in wich poor quality evidence were diagnosed by the authors, leading to the replacement of the construction company and to the development of design review parameters and restoration procedures to be followed.
