Pressure nozzle compensation by different pressure nozzles

2016
A method of compensating failed pressure nozzles in an inkjet printing machine by a computer, wherein precipitated pressure nozzles are compensated for by an increased ink drop volume adjacent print nozzles and comprising the steps of: • measuring all existing pressure nozzles with respect to both of a pressure loss as well as a deviation of the pressure point above a certain threshold addition, the printing nozzles are correspondingly either as running, down or deviating marked-printing and storing the results in the computer. • Hide all working pressure nozzles by the computer. • Mark all other stand-alone print nozzles as unusual pressure nozzles by the computer. • grouping of remaining adjacent print nozzles by the computer, wherein deviating printed print nozzles are thus selected to compensate for contributing pressure nozzles or as precipitated pressure nozzle either as a functioning and in accordance with a formation rule. • Compensating all as failed marked pressure nozzles by the computer.
