Study on Quality Standard of Chuandanling Capsules

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Chuandanling capsules.METHODS:Qualitative identification of Salvia miltiorrhiza was conducted by TLC.The content of adenosine was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The developed TLC spots were clear,well-separated and free from interference of negative sample.The linear range of adenosine was 20.42～102.10 μg · mL-1(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 101.8%(RSD=2.05%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The established standard can be used for quality control of Chuandanling capsules.
