РОЛЬ ДНК-МАРКЕРОВ ПРИЗНАКОВ ПРОДУКТИВНОСТИ СЕЛЬСКОХОЗЯЙСТВЕННЫХ ЖИВОТНЫХ

В статье обобщены результаты исследований полиморфизма потенциальных ДНК-маркеров локусов количественных признаков (QTL) крупного рогатого скота и свиней. Приведены данные о частотах встречаемости «желательных» аллелей, а также о влиянии генотипов некоторых ДНК-маркеров на продуктивные показатели сельскохозяйственных животных.In this paper the research results of the polymorphisms of potential DNA markers of quantitative trait loci (QTL) of cattle and pigs are summarized. Based on the own research results the data of desired alleles frequencies is presented and the effect of genotype of some DNA-markers on the productive traits of agricultural animals is shown.
