The invention discloses a concrete box structure with temperature difference stress influence resistance, comprising a base body, wherein the base body is made of concrete or reinforced concrete; the base body is internally provided with a liquid storage pipeline; the liquid storage pipeline is composed of a spiral section and a straight pipe section; the spiral section is distributed in the base body in a three-dimensional spiral manner; two ends of the spiral section are connected with each other through the straight pipe section, so that a closed loop is formed; the liquid storage pipeline is provided with a liquid inlet and a gas outlet; the opening of each of the liquid inlet and the gas outlet is provided with a valve; phase change materials with low boiling point are contained in the liquid storage pipeline. The concrete box structure with temperature difference stress influence resistance has the beneficial technical effects that the temperature difference between different positions on a structure body can be effectively reduced, and the situation that the structure body is cracked or is damaged due to the fact that local temperature difference stress is too large is prevented.
