2013
Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound screening for the last-stage early pregnancy of patients with recurrent miscarriage history. Methods The 210 puerperae with 11-13+6 weeks of gestation who received ultrasound examination in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012 were selected and divided into the observation group(with recurrent miscarriage history) with 90 puerpeare and the control group(without miscarriage history) with 120 puerpeare according to whether there was a history of recurrent miscarriage. The clinical data differences between the two groups of patients were compared. Results The structural abnormality incidence of the observation group was 9.16% higher than that of the control group.Cervical abnormality was the most common structural abnormality incident in the two groups and was 8.89% in the observation group and 1.67% in the control group respectively, with the ob servation group 7.22% higher than the control group.Statistical analysis showed P 0.05 for all the data above. In the observation group, puerperae with 3 miscarriages were the most common(65.56%) and fetal structural abnormality in cident was the most common(66.67%).Conclusion Puerperae with recurrent miscarriage history(especially 3 or more miscarriages) are more in need of last-stage early pregnancy ultrasound screening and the cervical abnormality should be emphasized.
