The invention relates to a spraying and sowing device for a slope ecological protective nano aqueous binder with a variable proportion, and belongs to the field of slope ecological protective engineering. The spraying and sowing device is characterized in that a machine body is divided into a tap water bin, a nano aqueous binder bin and a solution bin by stainless steel partition plates, wherein a valve is arranged between the bins; the solution bin is connected to a solution bin pressure pump and a solution bin pressure sensor; and the lower part of the solution bin is provided with a double-ended motor which is separately connected to mixing impellers and a water pump. The spraying and sowing device can automatically prepare a nano aqueous binder solution with a corresponding proportion and corresponding volume according to the parameters set by a user, and is suitable for spraying and sowing the nano aqueous binder in the slope ecological protective engineering.
