An analytical method to extract irradiation hardening from nanoindentation hardness-depth curves

• A simple analytical post-processing tool is proposed to extract the irradiation induced hardening as a function of dose from nanoindentation hardness vs. depth curves in heavy-ion irradiated Fe-alloys.
