On the Applicability and Binding Effect of Constitutional Court Decisions Delivered Before the Entry into Force of the Fundamental Law - Comment on the Fourth Amendment of Hungary’s Fundamental Law

According to the fourth amendment of the Fundamental law 'the decisions of the Constitutional Court delivered before the entry into force of the Fundamental Law are no longer binding. This does not affect the legal effects they have already discharged.'
