A phosphorus solid waste disposal methods

2013
The present invention discloses a method of disposal of solid waste containing phosphorus, phosphorus-containing first solid waste with calcium oxide in a weight ratio of 3: 1 to 1: 2 mixture; adding an appropriate amount of water of reaction 0.5 ~ 1.5hr; mixture to be reduced after room temperature was added 5% to 10% cement and 5% to 20% water, mixing and stirring 0.5 ~ 1.0hr; NATURAL finally curing the mixture 3 to 10 days, into the hazardous waste landfill. The solid waste may be a phosphorus-containing phosphorus-containing refractory brick, sludge containing phosphorus, phosphorus-containing residue, any one of a phosphorus-containing asbestos cement, when the phosphorus-containing refractory bricks, the need to carry out crushing prior to mixing with calcium oxide. Phosphorus-containing solid waste with calcium oxide in water was added during the reaction to supplement the air intermittently agitated to promote the reaction. This disposal method can be converted to elemental phosphorus phosphates or metaphosphates, phosphorus slag eliminating hazards; leaching toxic waste disposal after standard, direct access to the hazardous waste landfill. The disposal process is simple, versatile big.
