Advances in mouse models of human gastric cancer

2018
The mouse model of human gastric cancer is an important tool to study the etiology and molecular mechanism of gastric cancer and also an irreplaceable bridge for the preclinical trials of anti-gastric cancer drugs. Currently, human gastric cancer mouse models are mainly divided into transplanted tumor and metastatic tumor models. With the gradual application of in-vivo optical imaging technology in recent years, such models can be used to develop and evaluate the regimen and efficacy of tumor treatment for its continuous dynamic observation of the growth and metastasis of gastric tumor in mice.In this review, we will focus on the research progress of the most commonly used mouse gastric cancer models. Key words: Gastric cancer; mouse; Tumor model
