Chlorination leachate catalyst separation and enrichment of palladium

2016
The present invention provides a method for separation and enrichment of palladium from spent Pd / Al2O3 Catalyst chloride leaching solution. The method mainly comprises the step of presetting the pH, sulfide precipitation, and acidified impurity like. Waste Pd / Al2O3 catalyst is prepared by dissolving chlorination leachate obtained by first adding the NaOH solution, the leaching solution so that all of the Al3 + ions present in the form of aluminate, other base metals is precipitated as hydroxide ion, so that the solution was then added Na2S leaching solution [PdCl4] 2- converted to PdS, hydrochloric acid and finally dissolving a hydroxide in order to achieve effective separation of palladium and base metal sulfide impurities. Palladium recovery rate of 100%, a purity of more than 95%. The present invention is selective, simple operation, high enrichment efficiency, does not generate toxic gases H2S, while recovering aluminum and palladium, etc., suitable for mass production, economic environment.
